Orders are typically made and dispatched within 3-5 working days with UK standard delivery time of 1-3 working days. Please note that items are often made to order and therefore may take longer.

please make sure your address is correctly entered at the checkout. i am not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses and will not send replacements for lost items to incorrectly provided addresses.

UK SHIPPING

Royal Mail First Class (1-3 working days). this does not provide any tracking or insurance. If your parcel is to go missing on this service then I cannot be held responsible. if you choose this option - this is *at your own risk*. If you require faster delivery, or your order exceeds the value of £20 I strongly advise upgrading to special delivery.

uk special Delivery (next working day by 1pm). tracked and insured. you will need to sign for the parcel on arrival.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you're ordering from outside of the UK delivery times may vary. Typically, EU + US orders may take between 5-10 days but please allow all international orders 3-4 weeks for delivery. I am only sending parcels via a international tracked or signed for service at the moment, due to global delays from the pandemic.

customs info: some countries enforce custom fees on imports. the customer is always responsible for these fees.

If your order is incorrect or damaged on arrival, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it with photo proof.

Due to hygiene reasons earrings are excluded from the returns policy. I am unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased.
